DELUXE ROOMS = Spacious well appointed double or family rooms,DSTV,airco & fan,fridge, patio or balcony,shower over bath and some

with kitchenettes. All full sea views

All rooms are equipped with DSTV, fans, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and spectacular sea views

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 All tariffs are subject to change without prior notification.

2 The first 2 guests occupying any room, regardless of age, are charged adult rates.

3 A minimum tariff of a single adult will be charged per room.

4 Specials are subject to availability, may not be used in conjunction with any other special on offer and are not applicable to peak periods.

5 Specials are non-commissionable.

6 Check in time is from 14h00 daily. All rooms are to be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure.

7 Although late departures may be arranged with reception beforehand and are subject to availability, a day charge will be incurred.

8 Keys are to be left at reception on departure.

9 Consumption of own beverages or own food on our premises is strictly prohibited.

10 Under no circumstances may any pets be brought onto the property.

11 Right of admission is reserved.
